Retail Intelligence is an end-to-end proprietary AI platform that reviews and analyzes brick and mortar store cameras in real time to supercharge loss prevention, reduce product theft, correct employee errors, increase customer satisfaction and optimize operations. The technology behind the platform is a combination of advanced machine learning and AI that can run in the edge and the cloud with a cost-effective and scalable architecture based on AWS lambda and severless pipelines. Currently,  sectors that have a lot of foot-traffic (retail stores, theme parks, etc.) experience inventory shrinkage and profit margin erosion as a result of human errors, inability to compete with fast innovation cycles of e-commerce, and an overall lack of operational efficiency. Retail Intelligence solves these problems by providing the AI and camera technology to detect both staffed and self-checkout machines in real time as they happen.
